The Glass Slipper Spa is pleased to welcome Kyla Reimer as our 2nd Pilates instructor.
She will be teaching the Thursday 5:30-6:30 Beginner class and welcomes new clients for the next session. Kyla is a welcome addition to the spa, as this frees up some extra time for Cindy. Kyla is also Cindy's new daughter in law.

Introduction to Essential Pilates Matwork
This class for beginners will provide a foundation in Pilates techniques.
Essential 1
This class is for people who have taken the introductory class and want to take their workouts to the next level.Essential 2
This intermediate class is for clients who have mastered the techniques and principles of the Introduction and Essential 1 classes.
