Cindy Reimer, B.S.P.

Cindy received her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy in 1980 and worked in the profession until 2006.

Cindy noticed she was among many women struggling to balance work and family life at the expense of rest and recovery. Once she learned to pamper herself from time to time, she began to look and feel better, and was in a better position to take on her many roles. Cindy opened the Glass Slipper Spa with the hopes of helping other women find the indulgent experiences they deserve.

Cindy is married to Lawrence, who works at the clinic. Together they have three children – Landon, Michael and Alyssa.

AMI Aesthetic Laser Specialist, AMI Certified in Fillers in Aesthetic Medicine

Dr. Reimer has been practising dentistry in Swift Current for 18 years. 

Upon the formation of the Glass Slipper Spa, Dr. Reimer developed an interest in Aesthetic Laser treatments. Facial fillers and lip augmentation treatments are a complementary match for dentistry. He understands the contours of the face and applies his knowledge when treating clients.

Carol Kelln

Office Manager

Carol worked for more than thirty years in drugstore retail before joining the Glass Slipper Spa. She loves interacting with clients and has completed her Coherent-AMT Laser Certification course to help answer their questions.

Carol and her husband, Wayne, have been married since 1969. She has two grown children, both teachers, and three grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and tries to be involved with her grandchildren’s activities.

Alisa Fong

Esthetician

Alisa is a graduate of the Marca College of Esthetics (2006) in Saskatoon. She joined the Glass Slipper Spa in December 2006.

Alisa was raised in Swift Current since the age of three, but she loves to travel.

Amanda Stewart

Esthetician

Amanda graduated from the Aveda Institute (April 2009) in Victoria, BC. She has become proficient in using the Bio Sculpture Nail Treatment System.

Amanda grew up in Swift Current and enjoys spending her free time at the lake with her friends and family.

Esthetician

Shandell is a bright spirited girl, who graduated from the Marca College esthetics program in 2011, and joined us at The Glass Slipper Spa in November 2011. Shandell specializes in skin care and relaxation/ hot stone massage but would love to welcome you to The Glass Slipper Spa for any service you may desire. Shandell lives by her strong close family and friend values, and always tries to look at things in life with an open perspective. Shandell`s passion is for photography and nature. Shandell welcomes new clients to The Glass Slipper Spa.

Danielle
Dent

Certified Nail Technician

Danielle is our latest addition to The Glass Slipper Spa staff. She is looking forward to meeting existing and new clients and to look after their Bio Sculpture nail appointments. Danielle is new to the city, moving here from Alberta and she loves the friendly people of Swift Current.

Kyla ReimerKyla Reimer

STOTT Pilates Fitness Instructor

Kyla Reimer (nee Peru) graduated from Health Information Management in Regina in 2007. She obtained her certification with CHIMA, The Canadian Health Information Management Association shortly after. She works full time for the Cypress Health Region as a Health Information Practitioner.

Kyla has come to us with a background in health and fitness and has taken dance classes for over 12 years. Pilates immediately caught Kyla’s interest as she enjoys the mind-body challenge Pilates exercises offer. She became a STOTT Pilates Fitness Instructor in 2010 after undergoing training in Regina. She currently teaches Pilates classes two evenings a week at The Glass Slipper Spa. Kyla encourages everyone to give Pilates a try, not only is it good for your mental wellbeing, it strengths your core, improves posture and overall balance, reduces stress, enhances overall flexibility and joint mobility and increases body awareness. Kyla is an energetic instructor that enjoys teaching and helping clients reach their own personal goals.

Lisa Possberg

Registered Massage Therapist

Lisa Possberg is a Registered Massage Therapist with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC) and a recent graduate from the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in Saskatoon. Her approach to massage treatments combine various therapeutic techniques such as myofascial release, manual lyphatic drainage and trigger point therapy with soothing effleurage and petrissage to promote health and wellness of the mind and body. Lisa is also trained to do Hot Rock Massages and welcomes any new clients to the spa.

Tamara Veason

Certified Laser Technician

Tamara works part time at The Glass Slipper Spa as a Laser Technician- doing Laser Hair Removal only. Tamara fills her spare time following her 3 very busy daughters around.
